Return and Refund Policy

+  If you check that the goods are defective due to the supplier's side, you can request an exchange. will bear the cost of shipping defective or incorrect goods returned.

+  If the product is defective by the customer, we are not responsible for the exchange. If you want to exchange goods, there will be an additional cost. This cost depends on the product and the agreement between the customer and the seller. The customer will bear all shipping costs incurred.

II/ Refund Policy

1. In case of refund

100% refund policy for customers in case:

–  Goods are defective or damaged due to the fault of the supplier or due to transportation. (Does not include self-transported goods.)

– The goods do not conform to the product specifications as required by the customer.

- The goods show no signs of being used or enjoying any benefits from the product.

2. Time for customers to return goods

Within 1 day of receipt of goods. At the end of the above time, will not handle refund claims. You should record the clip and check carefully before receiving the goods.

Refund processing time is within 1 week from the time the problem occurred.
